Terms of Use

Last updated November 3, 2026.

These terms govern your use of cleanslatewater.com, operated by Clean Slate Water, LLC (“Clean Slate Water,” “we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Informational tool, not a water test

The Water Advisor and its AI explanations help interpret information you provide. They do not measure water at your tap, diagnose health conditions, or certify that water is safe to drink. Always follow instructions from your water utility and public-health officials, and use a certified lab for testing.

Quotes, pricing, and purchases

Options and prices shown online are a starting point, not an offer. A final recommendation and price depend on your water information and installation conditions and may require testing or an on-site visit. Any purchase or installation is governed by the written quote or agreement you sign, which controls over these terms.

Installation partners

Installation is performed by independent, licensed local installation partners where required. Service availability depends on your location. Manufacturer warranties, where provided, come from the manufacturer under its own terms.
